The baseball stadium at NTCC, officially named Eagle Field at Bob Baker Stadium, is one of the finest Junior College facilities in the state of Texas, as well as the Nation. The ultimate goal in the construction of the stadium was to create a fan friendly facility to encourage a family ballpark atmosphere. The stadium boasts a seating capacity of 1,200 fans and includes an intimate view of the field. The Joe Bernat Athletic Services Building, constructed in 1997, is home to three luxury suites, an announcers booth, press box, and a recently renovated concession stand.

The playing surface is handled by the Northeast coaching staff with the help of several turf consultants. The dimensions of Eagle field are 309 feet to left field, 400 feet in center, and 325 to right field, with a 25 foot wall stretching from left field to center. The natural grass surface is considered one of the best surfaces not only in junior college baseball, in any level of college baseball. Eagle Field is truly one of the finest playing surfaces in the country.

American National Bank Field House

The American National Bank Field House is located behind the first base side of Eagle Field. The indoor facility is home to the coach's offices, player's lounge, weight room, two indoor batting cages, as well as two indoor pitching mounds. NTCC baseball players never miss an opportunity to get better during inclimate weather. The field house received an upgrade during the Fall of 2004. The players' lounge and coaches' offices were renovated with new flooring, carpet, and upgraded lighting. The addition of new award displays have given the player's lounge a fresh new look, and the weight room was improved with padded astro-turf, increasing safety and durability.

The most recent improvements to the NTCC baseball facility were completed this past Spring with the addition of the art scoreboard.  The Eagle scoreboard spans almost fifty feet in length and over twenty feet in height to be the largest scoreboard in the region.

The most recent addition to the athletic facilities has been the remodeling of the weightroom.  For the spring of 2010 the Eagle athletic teams will work out in style in their new state of the art weight room.  With the addition of 2 customized power rack with olympic platforms there is no limit to what the Eagles can do to prepare for their seasons. In addition to the power racks the Eagle and Lady Eagle teams will be able to utilize the brand new Smith machine, leg extention/leg curl, Lat/Low row machine and two full racks of dumbbells to build strength and endurance forthe upcoming year.  To compliment the new weight equipment the athletic staff's also have the finest in agility training equipment.  The sports utilize a combination of ladders, med balls, plyo boxes and a host of other equipment to help train sports specific athleticism.
